We have strict procedures to control the quality from the first beginning to the end. Take man-blown glass for example, we never use recycled glass material. All raw materials are well selected before melted in the advanced electric-furnace. During the shape process, the well trained and experienced craftsmen will focus on nothing but the quality. The online quality inspectors will perform their duties to ensure the product quality. At the end of streamline, the finished products will be strictly inspected, cleaned and packed ready for shipment.
Q3: Without any sample or design drawing, just only a picture or some rough idea, how can you make that happen?

Our factories have organized production plan.
Normally, it will take about 60 days for the lead time. If there is any emergencies, we can discuss and seek special procedures to shorten the lead time to 45 days.
